NJFFS, Ocean County Fire Coordinator, Ocean County Fire Marshall, along with many other fire departments from the area are currently on scene and responding to a staging area at Freedom Fields on 539 for a wildfire. Incident command post has been established at the Little Egg Harbor DPW yard on 539 . Unknown size or containment at this time . More updates to follow as we get them . NJFFS has declared this a Major Wildfire so please avoid the area .
