SILVERTON: Ocean County Sheriffs Department is actively investigating a shooting at the Hookah Lounge that left one person dead and another wounded around 2:00 this morning. Early this morning police were called to Top Tier Hookah for a shooting. On scene officers did CPR on one patient, while another patient was airlifted to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. As of early this morning the shooters were still on the loose, and are believed to be Hispanic. They were last seen driving North on Hooper Ave in a silver Mercedes sedan.
