TOMS RIVER: We have learned that one man who’s a father of five has died, and two others were injured during a shooting early this morning at Top Tier Hookah in Toms River. 25 year old Nymere Tinsley died during the shooting. While another young man is critically injured, and another is stable. Ocean County Sheriffs Department is investigating the incident.
