OCEAN GROVE: The United States Coast Guard, and New Jersey State Police are trying to get a special needs man possibly a teenager out of the ocean. The man has been in the water since 5:00 this afternoon and had not come out. The man has been drifting North and is now by the pier.

Update: Man climbed on NJSP boat and was brought to shore.
