LAKEWOOD: Police are searching for a suspect who tried to kidnap a woman near Lake Carasaljo. Sheriffs officers were seen investigating on North Lake Shore Drive this afternoon. Around 1:00 this afternoon a suspect grabbed a woman covered her mouth, and dragged her into the woods near the lake. Thankfully, the woman was able to break free. Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
