BERKELEY: Police, and EMS are on location of a man found unresponsive. The man had a generator running in his home. A concerned neighbor heard the generator, and called police for a welfare check. That’s when the man was found unresponsive. EMS is currently doing CPR on the victim. Please only run generators outside.
