OLD BRIDGE: 2 teens have been charged after they were caught burglarizing cars in Marlboro. Around 2:15am police were called for a car burglary in progress. Upon arrival police found the teens driving a stolen vehicle out of New Brunswick. Police tried to conduct a traffic stop and the teens initiated a pursuit. The pursuit tragically ended ended in a crash on Route 9 that killed 33 year old father Arturo Tlapa Luna, and injured members of his family. ARRESTED: Samuel Villar, 19, is facing aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault, eluding, employing a juvenile, and theft charges, while a 17-year-old male is charged with an act of juvenile delinquency.
