TOMS RIVER: There are dozens if not hundreds of pizza places to try in Toms River. I decided to go around and try all the top pizzerias in town. The one that stood out the most is Mangia located in the Toms River Center near Kohls. Their pizza is a must try! They have delicious fresh appetizers, and entrees. Not to mention they have AMAZING pizza! The dough was thin, and the crust was fluffy. Check them out!
