BAYVILLE; Diesels Subs in Bayville saved a charity event after a different sub shop canceled suddenly. “A local sub shop in Lacey said they wouldn’t donate a bunch of subs for a fundraiser. The day before the event they canceled telling us that they couldn’t do it. One phone call to Diesels Subs explaining the situation and they came through. The owner Jimmy said give me a couple of hours he would take care of it! Three hours later I got the call come pick them up the subs.” With the economy the way it is it’s difficult for mom and pop shops to help out the local communities.
