CLIFTON: Last night, at approximately 7:30 PM, over a dozen rounds of gunfire were confirmed to have been discharged in the vicinity of East 11th Street and Howd Avenue. Officers checked with nearby residents to ensure the safety of everyone in the area, but due to the potentially wide reaching effects stemming from the manner in which the rounds were fired, police are asking all residents within a several block radius of where the incident took place to check their homes and vehicles for any signs of stray bullet hits.
