KNOWLTON: The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man who was located on Interstate 80 west bound at milepost 3.5 in Knowlton Twp., Warren County earlier today at 9:22 a.m.

He is described as an Asian male, 5 feet 8 inches, 140 pounds with gray hair. He was wearing a black jacket with a gray hoodie, black jeans and black Nike shoes and only speaks Mandarin.
