CINCINNATI: Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is awake and holding hands with his family this afternoon. The safety who’s heart stopped on the football field reportedly asked doctors who won the game on a piece of paper. Doctors responded that “You won. You won the game of life.” Earlier today ESPN reported that Hamlin is making a remarkable recovery. A press conference is scheduled for today at 4:30 on the state condition. We will update as we get additional information.
