WESTFIELD:: An art teacher at Roosevelt Intermediate School is facing drug charges, and endangering the welfare of a child after overdosing in the classroom. Police say Frank Thompson overdosed in the classroom and a school resource officer had to deploy narcan to save Mr. Thompson. The school has yet to release any statements.
