First responders are responding to a call for a boat sinking off Summit Avenue Beach in Island Heights. The boat has one male party on board. The boat is reported to be a 12 foot boat. The victim entered the water and paddled to shore. The victim had reached dry land and medics will be checking him for injuries and hypothermia.
