BARNEGAT: Emergency responders are on the scene of an accident near mile marker 66 on the northbound side of the Garden State Parkway. The accident involves an overturned vehicle with no driver present. Police are searching the area for the driver. If you see anyone on foot on the parkway, please notify state police immediately.
