TOMS RIVER: Parkway South is delayed over 20 miles due to a crash that killed a garbage man. The crash happened near Exit 82. The driver of the truck crashed into a tree, and was ejected from the vehicle. We can confirm the driver of the truck has died. The medical examiner is on location, and State Police are doing an investigation.
