Eduardo Sandoval is sitting in Ocean County Jail waiting for immigration officials after he was arrested Wednesday. Sandoval was arrested for numerous charges including sexual assault on a victim under 13 years old. We are being told from sources that he is here illegally which is why immigration is now involved. We will update as we get additional information.
