BERKELEY TOWNSHIP: Station 44 & 45 along with State Park Police & Tri Boro EMS are responding to Area 23 at IBSP for multiple swimmers in distress, reported to be 5 miles out. Station 13 and Ocean County Fire Coordinator also dispatched to assist.

All units can recall. No swimmers in distress. Units on location advising it was balloons in the water.
