TOMS RIVER: Expect delays in Toms River as a tractor trailer took down power lines, and transformers creating power outages throughout Toms River. The incident took our power lines on Hooper Ave, and South Shore Drive. Power outages are being reported for miles. Numerous fires are now being reported at the scene. JCP&L is being asked to step on it as the truck driver is trapped.
