WHITING: Joseph Simonson who has dementia went missing in the early morning hours of 8/19/23 in the vehicle pictured below. The vehicle is a silver 2015 Chevy Captiva (NJ Plate# F63 RBF), with a yellow ball on the rear antenna, and a St. Andrews Academy sticker on the rear window. He hasn’t driven in years, and only has a 1/4 tank of gas, no identification, no money, no credit, cards, and no shoes.
