Numerous homes, and businesses are underwater this afternoon in Asbury Park, Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and Elizabeth. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning throughout the state as torrential downpours come through the area. Asbury Park is underwater near Lake Ave. Flood waters are expected to continue to rise throughout the evening. Avoid the area as numerous people are stuck, and roads are closed.
