TOMS RIVER: A naked man was just arrested after a foot chase down Route 37. The man was butt ass naked running down Route 37. The unidentified man almost got away as his nutsack flapped behind him smacking police in the face. An officer was finally able to twist his nuts and tie him up while another officer placed him in handcuffs. When the arresting officer was asked how he felt he said “That was nuts man. That guys got balls running from us.” The man and his sack was placed in a patrol car where he was taken to Ocean County Jail.
