MONMOUTH BEACH: At approximately 2:30p.m. on October 5th patrols units were in the area of Ocean Avenue when Ptl. Finnegan located a stolen vehicle out of New York. Ptl. Finnegan along with the assistance of The Sea Bright Police Department were able to apprehend the driver of the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was released on a summons pending a future court hearing.
