TINTON FALLS: A fully loaded dump truck flipped on top of an Audi trapping a four month old baby this afternoon. The dump truck was exiting the off ramp of Garden State Parkway at exit 105. The truck then flipped on top of the truck pinning a baby inside. The baby was cut out of the vehicle and transported to the hospital with minor injuries. We will update as we get additional information.
