TOMS RIVER: Firefighters as far as Barnegat are responding to 3414 Sandy Place in Toms River for a structure fire. The house is reportedly fully engulfed. The homeowner is two hours away and will not be responding. There’s a water supply issue. We will update as we get additional information.
