TOMS RIVER: A peeping Tom was spotted on camera after neighbors warned a young woman that a man is looking in her home at night. The man has been caught numerous times looking into the woman’s home. Finally, the woman was able to catch the man on camera. Do you know this man? If so please call police. This has been taking place in the Fischer Blvd and Yellowbank area.
