EGG HARBOR: Pilots are reporting seeing a package tied to a balloon flying at approximately 5,000 feet near Atlantic City International Airport. The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday around 6:40am. Recordings from pilot to air traffic control show the pilot reporting “something….possibly a package” hanging from a balloon.
