LAKEWOOD: Firefighters were dispatched to a three alarm structure fire at 130 Ocean Ave. in Lakewood. Upon arrival firefighters found two victims, who were trapped. Firefighters brought the victims to paramedics on scene. During this time Lakewood Chief called for a third alarm, and two more RIT teams as one was already in use. Firefighters got word that there was multiple trapped on the second floor. Firefighters were not able to gain entry into the second level. It’s unclear if anyone was rescued out of the second floor. Primary searches did turn up negative in areas firefighters were able to access. Drones are up in the air looking for possible victims. It’s unknown if anyone is trapped inside. We will update as we get additional information.
