TINTON FALLS: Troopers responded to a mv crash on 1/15 at 8:00 p.m. on the Garden State Parkway north, milepost 104.2 in Tinton Falls Boro., Monmouth County. Based on a preliminary investigation, an International snowplow truck and Toyota SUV were traveling northbound in the area of milepost 104.2. While the International attempted to enter the emergency vehicle U-turn area, the Toyota lost directional control and impacted the side of the International. As a result of the crash, the driver, Eliyahu Neydavoud, a 29-year-old male of Lakewood, NJ, and passenger, Raizel Rothernberg, a 30-year-old female of Lakewood, NJ, sustained fatal injuries. The accident remains under investigation and there is no additional information available.
