WALL TOWNSHIP- On June 23, 2023, the Wall Township Police Department responded to a Murray Drive residence after the homeowner reported that their 2015 BMW M5 was stolen from his driveway overnight and that their other vehicles were entered. Through an extensive investigation by Detective Zach Honecker and Detective John Spinapont, they were able to charge the below listed subjects with receiving stolen property, which is a crime of the 3rd Degree on Tuesday, January 16, 2024:

• Zyion A. Jones (20) Newark, NJ
• Omari S. Jones (19) Newark, NJ
• Quashan Johnson (23) Newark, NJ
• Male Juvenile (15) Newark, NJ

Quashawn Johnson is currently lodged at Bergen County Correctional Facility. An arrest warrant has been issued for Zyion Jones and Omari Jones. The 15-year-old juvenile’s charges have been placed on a juvenile complaint and his case will be held in juvenile court.

Residents are reminded to remove their keys and personal belongings from their vehicles and lock their car doors. If anyone witnesses any suspicious activity, they are asked to contact the Wall Township Police Department by calling 911 or (732) 449-4500

Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
