First responders are on the scene of a multi vehicle crash in Route 539 in Barnegat near Warren Grove. There are multiple injuries with CPR being administered to one victim. There is a report of a victim pinned by or in a vehicle. Four ambulances, one being advanced life support, have been requested to respond. Avoid the area if possible.
