Last night at approximately 7:30 pm a Republican Councilwoman was shot multiple times in her car and killed. Police identify the victim as chairwoman Karen Bebert Eunice Dwumfour, age 30, as the victim who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are asking anyone with videos or surveillance footage to please reach out to them.
