Police have requested that Route 539 be closed down at Route 72 in Barnegat due to a serious multi vehicle accident. CPR is still in progress on a 37 year old male who is a victim in this accident. CPR has been in progress for approximately ten minutes with advanced life support on route. Avoid this area as the police are closing roads.
