Governor Murphy signed an Executive Order this morning ordering flags to be flown at half-mast on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in memory of Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour who was shot to death last week near her home in Sayreville.

“It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of Eunice Dwumfour,” Murphy said in a statement. “Her death is a tragic loss for her family, friends, the Sayreville community, and our state.
