Update 13 Michigan State University-Active Shooter – Campus Police Issue Update on Victims

The following is a tweet sent out moments ago from the Campus Police.

UPDATE: There are 3 confirmed fatalities. This is in addition to the 5 victims who have been transported to the hospital.
