Just after 3 pm Sunday afternoon a large decorative helicopter fell from the ceiling at the American Dream Waterpark inside the American Dream Mall. Three victims were treated at the scene and a fourth victim was transferred to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

“The safety of our guests is our highest priority. We will conduct a thorough investigation into this incident to ensure the park meets all safety regulations as required,” American Dream officials said in the statement.

The Waterpark was closed after the incident and remains closed today.
