PISCATAWAY: Holmes Marshall Fire Department issued the following information on a fire yesterday.

Yesterday at 22:45hr HMFD was dispatch for a structure fire on 15 Penrose Ln. Engine 1 (671) was first due. Two lines were stretch, the crew then made entry and started to put the fire out. Bulk of the fire was out 40mins into operations. Thank you to River Road Fire Company for assisting with the attack lines. HMFD Chief in car 678 arrived on location shortly after. HMFD was cleared from the scene at 00:50hr. Also thank you to East Franklin Fire Department for providing a RIT team, North Stelton Volunteer Fire Company for a truck company.

HMFD Engine 2 (672) was also on location with a crew.
