TOMS RIVER: Numerous emergency personnel are responding to the Matthias Bridge for a boater in distress. Reports state a boat capsized and the boater is now in the water.

Update: Boater is now out of the water, and being loaded into an ambulance. First responders are searching for the boat. Possibly a kayak
