AVENEL: The Avenel Fire Department released info on an overnight accident.

Earlier this morning, members were dispatched to Chestnut Street for a multi car motor vehicle accident with initial 911 caller reports of a possible rollover.

Crews arrived and located a truck that got hit from the parked position and was pushed up onto a lawn and resting on another parked car and retaining wall. Members utilzied our res-q-jack and stabilized the resting truck until it was removed by a tow truck. Speedy dry was also applied to the affected area. No injuries to report to the driver or residents.
