EMS Responding To Female With Head Injury

TOMS RIVER: EMS & PD are responding to Walmart on Route 37 in aisle 6 for a female who was hit in the head with a bottle from the top shelf. Unknown extent of injuries at this time. Updates will be posted as they become available.
