New Jersey Fish & Wildlife’s Bureau of Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s help in identifying the person or people responsible for dumping waste oil sludge and associated tanks at Winslow Wildlife Management Area, Winslow Township, Camden County. The dumping occurred in the area of Inskip Road likely during the week of February 5. The effect was limited to the immediate area, and the tanks and spill have since been cleaned up and removed for disposal by the DEP’s Bureau of Emergency Response.
