BELMAR: The Fire Commissioner of Manasquan, Carmen Triggiano created quite the scene today at the Belmar St. Patrick’s Day parade today. The commissioner went up to parade goers that were dressed up in “Save the Whales” shirts and gave them double fingers while yelling slurs at them. The commissioner was in full uniform while he did the act.
