Second Update to Apartment Fire With Victims

TOMS RIVER: The Red Cross has been requested to respond to the apartment fire on Broad Street to assist 8 families with relocation. One of the victims pulled from the fire has been intubated and is in route to the helicopter. The prosecutor’s office has been requested to report to the scene.
