Former President Jimmy Carter Requests Biden to Deliver His Eulogy

GEORGIA: Former President Jimmy Carter is now planning his funeral services. President Carter asked Joe Biden to deliver his eulogy upon his passing. Mr. Carter has been on hospice care since last month in his home in Georgia.
