Members of the #MCSONJ’s Maritime Emergency Response Team (MERT), recently conducted their annual swim test and recertification drills at the Leonardo State Marina. MERT is a shared service, made up of members from various law enforcement agencies who respond swiftly to critical incidents on our waterways. The team is one of two credentialed public safety dive teams in the state which meets FEMA standards.
