State Police Charge Three for Kidnapping and Murder of Newark Man. The Accused Allegedly Shot and Killed the Victim Before Dumping His Body.

The New Jersey State Police have charged Mustafa Manns, 28, William Dixon, 24, and Nishir Rios-Figueroa, 30, all of Newark, N.J., with murder, kidnapping, and other offenses for allegedly shooting and killing Quadree Burch, 27, of Newark, and dumping his body near a wooded area off Interstate 80 in Allamuchy Township, Warren County.
