HOWELL: The Howell Township Police Department is pleased to announce the addition of an anti-choking device to our arsenal of life-saving tools. When a person’s airway is obstructed, this device can help. It’s quick, simple, and effective. Because the device can be used by both adults and children, it is a valuable life-saving tool. We sincerely hope that we will never need to use it, but if we do, we will be better prepared with this equipment.
