ORTLEY BEACH: A dead juvenile dead porpoise washed ashore around 8 am this morning in Ortley Beach. It washed ashore near where the old Joey Harrison Surf Club stood. The porpoise is only two feet long leading experts to believe it is just a juvenile. While scientists from NOAA and reps from the Department of Environmental Protection continue to say there is no link to offshore wind activities and the mass strandings, a rally is planned in Trenton on Thursday.
