HOWELL: As of 8am, Howell has 2776 remaining outages. JCP&L has multiple crews coming in from other areas and should be addressing several hundred outages in the next few hours. The New Prospect circuit (Friendship) and Larabee circuit (Alexander) are where there are the most outages.

The Red Cross has set up a shelter at the Howell Senior Center, located at 257 Preventorium Rd, for any displaced Howell residents.
