JACKSON: A customer of Brooklyn Square Pizza in Jackson was very upset when the driver had to turn around after a tornado went through the area. John Mari left a a one star review review stating “Delivery took over 2 hours because they said the driver turned around because it was raining heavy out.” That’s when Peter the owner decided to fight back.

This is the first time I’ve ever responded to a review. My employees lives are more important That’s exactly correct. We had torrential rains maybe even a tornado. I would never put any of my employees at risk !!!”

It’s not often business owners put their employees best interests at heart. Kudos to Peter for doing the right thing, and making amazing pizza. As for John, you’re better off eating at Dominoes.
